Pain is not just about what you feel, it's also about how you see it. Your perception matters.
In this short reading we're talking about how to see what happens around you in a way that doesn't cause you so much pain. It's based on the idea that most of the pain we feel is not due to our experience, it's due to how we think about our experience.
Recognizing the pain being projected from other other people is equally as important. In this short read, we'll be talking about how to recognize the pain in other people and what that gives you the opportunity to do within yourself.
